Eddie Ortega grew up in Merced County California. In1993 Eddie was attending his senior year of high school when he started in an apprenticeship program for Heating and Air Conditioning. Where he worked for a company called D&L Heating & Air. Later that year Eddie came to beautiful San Diego California to attend Collage at San Diego State University.  Eddie fell in love with San Diego and decided to stay after college. Eddie started his own business Eddie Ortega’s Global Development in 2000.  A Licensed Heating and Air Conditioning Co. was founded 24 years ago. Eddie is NATE certified and EPA certified. Eddie Ortega is HIC certified.  In 2003 Eddie obtained a General Contractors license.  Eddie now has two companies within one company, Forming E.O. Global Development Inc. In addition to Heating & Air, Eddie builds new homes, remodels, and commercial buildings. E.O Global Development Inc. is bonded and insured.  

Eddie is bilingual; he speaks Spanish and English. Eddie is passionate about his company. Eddie is dedicated to giving his clients his passion and knowledge for their project. Eddie has well over 30 years’ experience.
